About the Company
At Training Effect we strive to keep our clients as comfortable as possible while
helping them achieve their fitness goals. We provide a unique, edgy personal training
studio environment without the intimidation or distraction of a gym environment. Also,
after every workout, our personal training clients will receive a complimentary protein
shake to help in muscle repair and regrowth. We are located at 204 Sonderen in OFallon,
Missouri. Come by and check us out and we promise you will see a fitness environment
you will want to be involved in.
